    cleaning issues
    staff inflexibility

the room was enjoyable, but the cleaning services were a disaster, defiinitley not what was promised! the staff even refused to extend my checkout, like what was that about? i woudl ve been absolutely fine with a small gesture, like an upgrade, but apparently that’s too much to ask. i just couldn’t give a good review.

    unique cave experience
    inconsistent cleaning service

Staying in a uniquely designed cave room was an unforgettable experience, and the warmth of the ancient stone structure was remarkable despite the chilly weather outside.

However, a significant downside was the lack of timely cleaning services during my stay, which detracted from the overall comfort after long days of exploring.

    inconsistent shower temperature

Staying in the Deluxe Stone Double Room 103 was a unique experience in a charming cave setting, complete with breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace during breakfast.

The shower water temperature was inconsistent, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower after long days of sightseeing.

    cave room experience
    unwelcoming staff
    unclean communal areas

Staying in a cave room was a remarkable experience.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the communal areas, especially the terrace, which could have been better maintained. Additionally, the lack of timely cleaning services during my stay was inconvenient after long days of exploring. I also found the staff's inflexibility regarding late checkout rather unwelcoming. a small extension would have made a big difference in our overall comfort.

Can't recommend highly enough for a short layover

Luxurious accommodation, exceptional amenities, with a beautiful rooftop breakfast area that offers stunning views of the unique Cappadocian landscape and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home.

    spacious layout
    homemade dishes
    inconsistent wifi
    maintenance issues
    timing of cleaning services

The cave room offered a unique experience, showcasing a beautiful blend of history and modern comfort, with a spacious layout that felt both cozy and luxurious. Breakfast was a delightful spread of homemade dishes, enhanced by a stunning view from the terrace. However, WiFi connectivity was inconsistent, and some communal areas, like the terrace, could have been better maintained. It was also a bit disappointing that cleaning services were not as timely as expected after long exploration days.
